Welcome to Automation Services

Automation is becoming an increasingly important factor in ensuring higher productivity. The continuing development of products, systems and solutions demands expert consulting and services throughout the entire life cycle. Users of automation solutions are focusing increasingly on their core competencies. Therefore, they expect competent service from suppliers of products, systems and solutions. For example, support is expected right from the design phase, during the entire product life including updating and modernization.

To meet international customer demands and to achieve greater transparency for the market a common European classification for Services in Automation has been agreed on. The European Classification has been developed by the national associations of France (Gimélec), Germany (ZVEI) and UK (GAMBICA) and their member companies. Services have been restructured and redefined as modules so that they can be combined and offered individually. The European Classification covers services for all kind of products, systems and plants in the field of automation.
